Preparing for MacOS 26 (Tahoe)

In June, Apple announced the next major operating system update for the Mac, MacOS 26 (Tahoe). We’re hard at work to ensure that all of our apps will have full support for Tahoe before it ships this fall. That may be all the detail most of you need for now, though our always-helpful Status page offers more information.

Of course, we know some users will install the beta versions of Apple’s operating systems. If you do, you’ll find that our current releases already run on Tahoe! After we predicted better beta cycles last year, we’re delighted to deliver on that promise in 2025. It’s the result of a lot of hard work, including the transition to our new easy-to-install ARK backend.

If you do install the Tahoe beta, note that the apps aren’t yet fully supported, and you could run into issues. Work is ongoing, so we encourage you to enable Test Releases to make sure you have the latest from us. We’ll be shipping updates in the weeks ahead.

Our New Customer Dashboard

Have you seen our new customer dashboard yet? It provides you with fast access to details on all your purchases from Rogue Amoeba. Use it to:

• Retrieve Lost Licenses: Your exact license keys are displayed in the dashboard, making it easy to copy the name and code to unlock your Rogue Amoeba apps.

• Download Software: We always provide you with access to the software you’ve purchased from us. Just click the “Download” button shown with each license to get the latest version that license can unlock.

• View Purchase History: See everything you’ve bought from Rogue Amoeba in one place, as well as when you bought it.

• Update Your Email Address: Control the email address under which your purchases are stored.

You won’t need the dashboard often, but when you need to locate a lost license key or access the correct download, it will be ready for you. Read our blog post for more details, or just click below to check it out.

Celebrating Chris Barajas

We just inducted the inaugural member into Rogue Amoeba’s 15 (!) year club. Chris Barajas joined us back in 2010, and he’s been making things better for our users ever since. His tenure covers nearly two-thirds of Rogue Amoeba’s existence, while his impact has been immeasurable.
