License key not working?



The free downloads of our apps contain both the trial version and the full version. When you purchase through our store, you’ll receive a license key to unlock the full version. Enter that license key in the application’s License window to access the full version.

If you have an issue unlocking the software, be sure both the Name and Code portions of the license key are entered exactly as they were sent to you. This includes matching all capitalization, punctuation, and spelling. If you need to verify your exact license key, you can look it up instantly in our customer dashboard.

If you believe you are entering the license key properly, but it’s still not accepted, get in touch with our support team. Be sure to include a screenshot with the license key as you’re entering it.
