Sending large files to our support team

When using our form to contact our Support team, the contents of your message and its attachments must not exceed 10 MB. If you need to send us larger attachments, we recommend using a service like WeTransfer or Wormhole. Below, we've detailed how to use these services.

WeTransfer

With WeTransfer, you can send files of up to 2 GB without needing an account. Just follow these steps.

  1. Visit WeTransfer.com to begin.

  2. Click the (+) button to add your file or files.

  3. Click the (…) button, and switch to “Get transfer link”.

  4. Click the Get a link button.

  5. Click the Copy link button, then paste the link into a message to us, alongside details on the attachment(s).

Wormhole

Using Wormhole, you can send files of up to 5 GB without needing an account. To do so, just follow these steps.

  1. Visit Wormhole.app to begin.

  2. Click the Select files to send button to add your file or files.

  3. Click the Copy the link to share your file button, then paste the link into a message to us, alongside details on the attachment(s).
